La Terrazza presents a menu that will surprise you with a variety of colors and will blow your taste buds. Our seasonal menus have become a traditional opportunity to express the most daring and unexpected ideas. This time Chef Andrey Obukhov experiments not only with the product but also with geographical areas and national cuisine. Northern - Norwegian salmon salad with its usual mustard dressing is complemented with the notes of summer - mixed salad and avocado. Pear baked with shrimps – Pan Asia, and a combination of sweet, spicy and seafood gives this hot appetizer unique taste. Udon noodles with shrimp and shiitake mushrooms, being absolutely Japanese dish, changes its geography due to the abundance of vegetables. Of course, we just could not forget about the dishes, the taste of which we remember from childhood - the most tender veal chops with draniki (potato pancakes).
